Resto-Mod Riviera Project - We picked up a 1964 Riviera that was "Solid as a rock" with only 58K on the odometer.  This car was the victim of a very bad repaint in the 70's and then put into storage in the 80's. 

Mechanicals - Our plan is to bring the mechanicals into the new millennium with the full Resto-Mod treatment.  The Brakes will be upgraded to Four Wheel Discs using Corvette calipers and an Impala ABS system.  The Nailhead engine is solid and will benefit from a slightly hotter cam and an MSD billet distributor.  The ST-400 transmission will be replaced with a four speed automatic.  The wheels will be 17x8 with 245/45-17 tires.

The interior - will be redone in red leather with integral shoulder harnesses in the front seats and shoulder harnesses for the rear seats added to the package tray.  The console will be modified to accept a late model four speed automatic shifter.

Body and Paint - The body is solid.  We plan on some VERY mild custom touches and a white base coat / clear coat paint.
